Kyo Kusanagi

Kyo Kusanagi is a fighting genius born in a martial arts family. He has received rigorous martial arts training since he was a child and has learned the family's inherited power of fire. Kyo Kusanagi signed up for the fighting tournament to prove his strength to the world.

But Kyo Kusanagi's parents, who have always taken the family tradition very seriously, believe that it is Kyo Kusanagi's duty to pass on the family martial arts, but Kyo Kusanagi has no interest in this. He prefers to fight and prove himself in a fighting competition.

Ukyo Tachibana

This evil organization is closely related to a world fighting tournament called FEO. Later, Ukyo Tachibana found out that their purpose was to control all the people through the FEO World tournament. Ukyo Tachibana must join forces with other superpowered fighters to fight them.

In the FEO fighting tournament, Ukyo Tachibana met an opponent whose skills and fighting abilities surpassed his. He found that this opponent's fighting style is quite familiar, and he began to wonder if this opponent is his doppelganger from other space-time.

Rugal Bernstein

In the 1990s, fighting genius Rugal was an underground arms dealer with deep pockets. He started the FEO fighting tournament that brought the best fighters from all over the world to his carrier to compete for the title of King of Fighters.

Kyo Kusanagi won the championship with his family's power of fire, and the final boss, Rugal appeared. Kyo Kusanagi accidentally learnt that Rugal had a fetish for collecting the real-life statues of failed fighters. Righteous Kyo Kusanagi and Rugal opened the final showdown.

Although powerful and having the blood of Orochi, Rugal was inexplicably restrained by Kyo Kusanagi, and after his defeat, he tried to detonate the explosives on the ship.

The powerful after-effects of the explosives caused the entire space-time to be disrupted, and fighters from different parallel times converged at the same time and space. A new fighting competition is around the corner.
